📌 Hardware: NVIDIA Tesla T4 16GB — ~3× slower than RTX 3090 class cards. Cellpose inference on 2048×2048 takes about 6–8 s (vs ~2 s on a 3090). Still usable for demo-scale data; speed is not the focus of this demo.
